“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises,
he is not dependent on us, we are dependent on them.
He is not an interruption in our work, he is the purpose of it.
He is not an outsider in our business, he is part of it.
We are not doing him a favor by serving him,
he is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.”

~ Mahatma Gandhi

GREAT REMINDER!

During an 1890 speech in South Africa, Gandhi shared this powerful message;
his words STILL hold true, over one hundred years later.

What a great reminder; our clients are the reason we exist.
They generate the revenue that helps us; pay mortgages,
buy food, insurance, clothing for our children,
and vacations – they are the catalyst for why we are here -

without them, we don’t exist.

Let this be a reminder to always be client focused, with positive
engagement at every level, so our clients feel they matter – every day!

Until next week, continued success & remain client focused…Cliff
