We Suffer More in our imagination than in reality

Don't Let Imagined Fear Steal Real Life Potential

And always defaulting to worst-case scenarios.
We create these collaborative what-ifs that rarely come true.
And guess what? It drains your energy.

And it paralyzes progress.
If you can recognize this, you can help rewrite the problem.
Reality, as we all know, rarely matches the fear.

What we fear when we're actually confronted with the outcome rarely is as ridiculous as we may have imagined.

So if we can shift the imagination—what might happen, what what-if—to a dialogue of intention and becoming aware of that inner dialogue,

we can shift from this anxiety that we face and replace it with imagined success.
Instead of asking yourself, what if it doesn't work?

Maybe you replace that by how crazy would it be if it does work?
And then focus on that.
Don't let imagined fear steal real life potential.

You are worth more than that.
I hope you have a great week.
Thank you for allowing me into your space.

Drop a 💯 or better yet, a comment—would love to hear from you.

Cheers.
